I was a reluctant candidate for managed services not really understanding the benefits of the technology however I trusted the team at United Systems so I gave it a try. After one year of being on the managed services I can say with complete conviction that I am a believer in this service.

No longer is the staff complaining about their computers being slow or are they having system issues. We have had zero down time and the only change we made was switching to the managed services. I am no longer being pecked by system issues and downtime.
