Don’t let a disaster put you out of business.

If you are concerned about backing up your company’s data and you want to be absolutely CERTAIN you could be back up and running fast in the event of a disaster, then this could be one of the most important things you do for your business all year…

We see SO MANY poorly set up backup systems installed by amateur techs, we’ve decided to put together a mini “acid test” for business owners like you to determine whether or not your data really IS being backed up and secured properly.

If your IT person does not score a “yes” on every point, you could be wide open to a very expensive, very frustrating computer disaster:

  • Do you have an off-site backup of your data that provides data protection and rapid recovery you can count on?
  • Do they INSIST on monitoring an offsite/onsite backup system, or are they letting your rely on outdated tape backups?
  • Do they INSIST on doing periodical test restores of your backups to make sure the data is not corrupt and could be restored in the event of a disaster?
  • Have they provided you with written, network documentation detailing what software licenses you have, critical network passwords, and hardware information, or are they the only person with the “keys to the kingdom?”
  • Can you and your staff easily recover a file on your own, or do they hold you hostage by forcing you to call THEM to retrieve an overwritten file?
  • Did they explain to you that data backup is NOT disaster recovery, and that simply having an offsite copy of you data does NOT ensure you could be back up and running fast?

If your answer to any of these questions are, “I don’t know,” or “I’m not sure,” you are taking a HUGE risk with your company’s most important asset – the data on your network. Just imagine what would happen to your business if you lost your entire client database…

…Lost all accounting documentation and history…
…Lost all the work files you’ve spent YEARS developing…
…Lost the work files and documentation you so desperately need to service your customers…

Can you even put a price tag on it? Probably not – yet so many business owners aren’t 100% certain that they could be back up and running after a disaster and are purely hoping that their current tape drive or backup is working and storing a usable copy of their data.

Worked exactly how you all promised it would…

“It was stinkin awesome. Worked exactly how you all promised it would. I would give it 2 thumbs up! Really saved us from having to go back to the customer and then rebuild their whole file. And looking really bad in their eyes. Can’t thank you guys enough!”
